Google+ is a great platform for building a social, business, friends and family circles. Google recently launched a personal search results based on the people you trust, know and already in circles.With personal results, you’ll see relevant tips, photos, and posts from your friends right alongside results from the web.

Showing personal results will display your personal results for your search including your online friends from your circles with whom you share your updates, likes, interests- In short people you really know and trust. If you like you can also click on “See all results” to display just regular Google search results. You will see icon on the left side to show your personal results.This is really cool!

Now how can we use Google+ personal search results to make it more useful for personal and business use? Here is how.

Let’s say you have a website or a blog and looking for a “Content writer”. You can search Google for a personal results which displays results from your friends and circles who are in the professional content writing business along with relevant tips, photos, and posts from your friends right alongside results from the web.
