Just wanted to send and share more info on Where a truck driver pulls up, comes in and pay $100 for diesel on pump 10.

He pumps $1.03 and sits there for 5-7 minutes, i suspected something was wrong, went out and found a pulser (a electronic gadget that will disable the pump to register the dollar amount pumped) attached to the pump. He was arrested.

I am sharing this info with a hope to help improve the Dispenser loop hole and make it better where it can not be tampered and no other business will lose money.
